I-15 Islamabad Plot Prices 2026 — Possession & FBR
FBR flags I-15 “non-developed” at Rs 20,000/sq yd — yet it has 477 live Zameen listings, the largest sample in this guide. Dated 4 Sep 2026.
Confirmed sub-sectors I-14/1–4 on OpenStreetMap, 231 live Zameen listings, and what FBR's gazette does (and doesn't) say about possession. Dated 4 Sep 2026.
I-14 is a newer CDA plotted sector, and its own sub-sector geography — I-14/1 through I-14/4 around an I-14 Markaz — is confirmed on OpenStreetMap, not just on a dealer's brochure. That matters here specifically because possession and development status is the question that actually decides whether a plot in a newer sector is buildable land or a paper file.

I-14 is one of CDA's newer plotted sectors on the city's southern edge, with confirmed sub-sectors I-14/1–4 and a Markaz area (OpenStreetMap, fetched 4 September 2026). FBR's own gazette values I-14 on the same line as I-11 — Rs 28,000/sq yd — without the “non-developed” flag that sits against I-15's line on the same table. We read that absence as one data point suggesting I-14 sits ahead of I-15 in development terms on FBR's own reckoning; it is not a possession certificate, and we did not fetch a primary CDA possession notice for I-14 this session, so treat it as an inference from the gazette, not a confirmed possession date.
| Sector | Rs / sq yd | Per Kanal (500 sq yd) |
|---|---|---|
| I-14 (shared line: I-11, Bahria Enclave C1/F/G & G/H/L/M, CDA Enclave-II) | 28,000 | 1.4 Cr |
No “non-developed” flag on I-14's line, unlike I-15 immediately below it on the gazette. Full ladder: FBR valuation table, Islamabad.

Straight-line distance from I-14's OSM centre to Blue Area: ≈14.3 km (coordinates, not a driving route — treat as a lower bound). Zero Point omitted — no sourced coordinate in our dataset. Sub-sector centres, OpenStreetMap, 4 September 2026: I-14/1 (33.6047, 72.9657), I-14/2 (33.6125, 72.9599), I-14/3 (33.6167, 72.9701), I-14/4 (33.6080, 72.9723), I-14 Markaz (33.6118, 72.9676). I-14 is CDA-administered, not a society — standard CDA transfer applies: documented step by step.
Live asking on Zameen, checked 4 September 2026 (231 listings, evenly spread across I-14/1–4): 5 Marla ran PKR 80 Lakh–1.8 Crore, 7–8 Marla PKR 1.1–2.2 Crore, 9–9.3 Marla PKR 1.95–2.5 Crore. FBR's notified value is Rs 28,000/sq yd.
We did not find a primary CDA possession notice for I-14 in this session's research, so we do not state a possession date. One indirect signal: FBR's own S.R.O. 644 gazette values I-14 without the 'non-developed' flag it attaches to I-15's line — suggestive of I-14 being further along, but not a substitute for a CDA possession letter. Confirmed sub-sectors I-14/1–4 and a Markaz do exist on OpenStreetMap, which at minimum confirms the sector is laid out.
Hamein is session mein CDA ka koi possession notice I-14 ke liye nahi mila, is liye hum koi tareekh nahi bata rahe. Ek ishara yeh hai ke FBR ki gazette table mein I-14 par 'non-developed' ka tag nahi laga (jo I-15 par laga hai) — magar yeh CDA ki possession letter ka replacement nahi hai. I-14/1 se I-14/4 aur Markaz OpenStreetMap par confirmed hain. Specific plot/file number bhejein, hum jo record milega wo bata denge.
