How to check your Margalla Enclave balloting result

Open DHA’s official result page and enter your CNIC and your application number — the number beginning M0726 printed on your acknowledgement receipt. Successful applicants are also emailed directly, and a hard copy is posted to the address on the form. DHA’s own terms say that once the email is generated to the address you gave, it is deemed dispatched and received — so check the inbox you actually used, including spam.

Is there a downloadable “balloting result list”?

This is the second most-searched version of the question, so here is the straight answer: as of the timestamp above, DHA has published no downloadable result list for the 3rd ballot, and its own terms describe a per-applicant lookup plus email and post — not a public PDF of winners. For the first ballot, results were announced at the draw event and made checkable on the portal. If DHA does publish a list this time, we will mirror it here and say where it came from. Until then, treat any “3rd ballot result list PDF” you are sent as unverified.

When is the draw?

No official draw date exists. We looked, more than once. Applications close Friday 4 September 2026; DHA has announced no date for the draw itself, on the portal or anywhere else we can find. The “November” dates that dealer sites and YouTube videos keep repeating belong to the first ballot, held 20 November 2025 at Jinnah Convention Centre. If you are being told a date with confidence, ask where it is published.

If your name comes out: the 30-day clock starts immediately

This is the part that costs people money, and it is on page 3 of a PDF behind a lead-capture form. From DHA’s own terms:

• Miss the deadline and the allotment is cancelled automatically, with the processing fee forfeited. There is no reminder clause.
• The 27-day trap. DHA’s own payment table gives the 2-Year plan down payment as due “within 27 days after Ballot”, while Lump Sum, 1-Year and 3-Year all say 30 days — and Clause 7 says 30 days for every plan. That is an internal inconsistency in the 14 August 2026 form. If you are on the two-year plan, work to 27 days and confirm with DHA on 051-111-555-400, ext 1307. We have not seen this flagged anywhere else.
• The premium that arrives after you win. Corner, boulevard and park-facing plots carry “typically 10%” extra, capped at 15% combined — up to Rs 3,750,000 on a 5 Marla three-year plot, on top of the advertised price.
• You cannot sell it immediately. Transfer is allowed only after 20% is paid (100% on the lump-sum plan), and only the lump-sum payer receives an Allotment Letter — the actual title document. Everyone else holds transferable intimation rights.
• Changing your mind is expensive. A refund costs a 20% deduction on everything deposited, excludes DHA charges and taxes already paid, carries no interest, and takes 120 business days.

If your name does not come out — and most will not

There are 6,990 residential plots in the entire project, of which only 1,709 are 5 Marla — not per ballot, in total, across every round, according to the project’s own environmental impact assessment filed with Pak-EPA. Reported applications for the first ballot alone ran to roughly 47,000. Losing is the normal outcome, and it is not the end of the route in:

• The files market. Successful applicants who cannot fund the down payment sell their intimation rights. That is a real market with real risk — see Margalla Enclave plots and files.
• The next round. Three rounds have now run; the second priced roughly 30% above the first, and the third sits about 38% above launch. Waiting is not free.

• 1 Sep 2026, 17:04 PKT — Applications still open; three days to the 4 September deadline. DHA’s result page /ballot_result/ returns 404 “Access Denied” — it has not been switched on. The scheme portal itself is up. No draw date has been announced anywhere official, and the “November” dates circulating on dealer sites and YouTube are the first ballot’s (20 November 2025), not this one’s.
• 28 Aug 2026 — Checked DHA’s portal: the Ballot Result section was locked, with the site’s own wording indicating results are published there and not before. Official 3rd-ballot payment table pulled and transcribed on our payment plan page.
• 14 Aug 2026 — DHA’s application form PDF is created (per the file’s own metadata) carrying the 3rd-ballot price table, the 19 terms and the 20% down payment rule — the figure most competing pages still print as 15%.
