On the day we checked, G-7 had exactly one plot for sale on Zameen — and it was commercial.
That is not a data gap; it is the honest state of one of Islamabad’s oldest, most completely built-out
sectors, where a house or an apartment is what you actually buy, not a plot.
What G-7 is
G-7 is a CDA-developed residential sector from the capital’s original development wave (commonly
described as 1960s–70s, alongside F-6/F-7/G-6), organised around sub-sectors G-7/1 to G-7/4 and a Markaz
that anchors its commercial life — the single live listing we found sits there. G-7 directly borders
F-6 and F-7, and its Markaz has itself
appeared in CDA auction paperwork alongside Blue Area plots — the
F/G Jinnah Avenue corridor the Blue Area guide documents runs directly past this sector. It is CDA land, not a
society: no NOC question, transfer through the standard One
Window route.
FBR value

S.R.O. 644(I)/2026 values G-7 on a single combined line with G-8

Almost no open plots — and that is the market signal
G-7 live plot asking prices, Zameen, 4 September 2026| Listing | Asking | Reading |

| The entire live plot count: 1 listing, G-7 Markaz, 14.2 Marla commercial | PKR 70 Cr | There was no live residential plot in G-7 on Zameen the day we checked — not a thin sample, an empty one |
Fetched 4 September 2026, Zameen; Lamudi mirrors the same pool. One listing is too thin
to quote a per-Kanal cluster from — we print the single data point rather than dress it up as a range.
Where G-7 sits in the grid
Roughly 1.9 km straight-line from G-6 and 2.2 km from G-8 (OpenStreetMap sub-sector coordinates,
4 Sep 2026) — G-7 sits in the middle of the northern half of this six-sector run. Map:
