Read directly from CDA’s registered-scheme table on 2 September 2026: owner M/s Civilian Employees Cooperative Housing Society, zone Zone 5, road Islamabad Expressway, layout plan Approved 10 July 1994, NOC status “Cancelled”, recorded 22 May 2017, and one attachment: “SCN Illegal Extension” (CDA does not give this notice a separate date). A cancelled NOC is a materially different status from “Not Issued” — it means an approval that existed was later withdrawn. Verify the live register yourself before paying anything.
