Two FBR gazette rows split Peshawar Road by area, RDA's register shows zero schemes on it by name, and only 5 plots were live on Zameen. Dated 4 Sep 2026.
Peshawar Road is one of Rawalpindi's oldest, most built-up corridors — and RDA's public register has no scheme listed under its name at all. That fits a road defined by decades-old, already-titled colonies (Range Road, Chaklala, Westridge and Satellite Town all sit along or near it) rather than the new-scheme frontier land RDA's illegal-scheme list mostly tracks. Here is FBR's own two-row split for the corridor, the register search, and dated Zameen asking from a thin five-plot sample.

Both rows sit on gazette page 364 (the Seham row continues to 365). “Off” and “on” refer to off-road and on-road frontage — confirm which applies to your specific plot before computing tax.
Searching RDA's public register (78 approved + 610 illegal entries, checked 3 September 2026) for “Peshawar” anywhere in a scheme's location field returns zero matches — not one approved scheme, not one illegal one, cites Peshawar Road as its location. That is a real search result, not a claim that every plot on the corridor is automatically clean: RDA's register tracks housing schemes, and Peshawar Road is mostly older, individually-titled colonies that predate the modern scheme-approval regime — the same pattern we found on Westridge and Satellite Town. Zameen listed just 5 plots for sale on Peshawar Road at the time we checked (4 residential, 1 commercial) — the thinnest sample in this wave. All figures are asking; no transacted register exists.

That fits Peshawar Road's character as an older, already-titled corridor rather than a new housing-scheme frontier — but it is not a blanket clean bill for every plot; verify your specific title directly.

Westridge's 3 phases share one FBR rate, sit outside RDA's exact-name register as an old cantonment area, and just 3 open plots were live on Zameen.
