DHA’s result page is not switched on — it still answers 404 “Access Denied”. No balloting result list for the 3rd ballot has been published anywhere official. A “list” forwarded on WhatsApp today did not come from DHA.
As of the timestamp above, no. DHA publishes the 3rd-ballot result on one page, margallaenclave.dhai-r.com.pk/ballot_result/, and that page is not switched on. DHA’s own terms describe how a result reaches you: a per-applicant lookup, an email to the address on your form, and a hard copy by post. Nothing in those terms promises a public PDF of winners. If DHA publishes a list this time, we mirror it here the hour we see it and say exactly where it came from.
Until then, treat every “Margalla Enclave 3rd ballot result list” you are sent — screenshot, PDF, YouTube thumbnail — as unverified. The second ballot produced the same wave of forwarded “lists” before DHA had published anything.

Both earlier rounds ran ten days from the close of applications to the draw. That is a pattern, not an announcement: DHA has published no draw date for the 3rd ballot, and no official DHA surface ever published the 4 September closing date either — it traces to dealer pages. DHA runs a working result checker, and it is not on the URL most people are sent. www.dhai-r.com.pk/margalla-enclave-ballot/ answers 403 behind a bot challenge; drop the “www.” and dhai-r.com.pk/margalla-enclave-ballot/ loads with a live lookup form. It asks for three things:
The first two draws were ceremonies at a venue (Jacaranda Family Club, then Jinnah Convention Centre), with the result released through the portal and by email afterwards. We have found no DHA announcement of a public live stream for the 3rd draw. A “live result” video that is not on a dhai-r.com.pk address is someone else’s commentary, not the result.

Two findings today: DHA’s working result checker is live on the bare hostname dhai-r.com.pk/margalla-enclave-ballot/ (the www. version 403s, which is why everyone reports it broken); and no official DHA surface anywhere publishes a closing date for this ballot — portal, parent site, notice gallery and press all checked. Every 4 September date in circulation traces to dealer pages./ballot_result/ returns 404 “Access Denied” — it has not been switched on. The scheme portal itself is up.
