DHA Islamabad Balloting 2026 — Margalla Enclave Status

The DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi ballot running in 2026 is the Margalla Enclave 3rd ballot — the CDA-DHA joint venture in Zone IV. It is the only DHA I-R scheme for which we have found a public 2026 application form, price table and result checker. Applications were circulated as closing on 4 September 2026 (a date DHA itself never published), and the draw date has not been announced. No result yet — DHA’s result page still answers 404. Both earlier rounds were drawn ten days after their windows shut. A pattern, not an announcement.

Where the result is checked

On DHA’s own checker at dhai-r.com.pk/margalla-enclave-ballot/ — the bare hostname, not the www. one that answers 403 — with CNIC/NICOP/POC and the application number (series DHA M0726 onward). The balloting result page polls DHA’s result URL automatically and prints the live status; the result list page answers the “list” question, honestly.

What the 3rd ballot costs, from DHA’s own form

The official price table (PDF dated 14 August 2026) is transcribed in full on the payment plan page: lump-sum or 20 percent down with a 3-year plan, the 30-day clock after the draw, the category premium capped at 15 percent, and the 20 percent refund deduction. The odds page puts the 6,990 residential plots in the whole project against reported application volumes.

“Balloted” means something else in DHA Phases 1 to 7

Searchers also type this query for the established DHA phases, where there is no ballot to enter. There, balloted describes a file that has already been through a draw and carries a plot number, while a non-balloted file is a place in a queue with no plot attached yet — and the two are priced and transferred differently.
